Let's take a moment to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a sunset before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season gets underway. I rarely see wild turkeys wandering around Myakka State Park, but the other day I spotted three in an open field. As soon as I took out my camera, they scampered away. Either they were camera shy or they heard people chattering about drumsticks, gravy and other fixings.

Oooh, that's s-o-o-o pretty! I feel warmer just looking at it. Beautiful scene; great shot.
Magnificent!
Beautiful photo, lovely reflection, even with not a turkey to be seen. Just like the birds here, as soon as I go out the door, even if not anywhere near, they fly off. Cheers from jean
How beautiful! It makes me realize how much I have missed your posts in my blog reader. I'm so glad you're back. :-)
Have a happy turkey day!
Such warming golden light! Too bad the turkeys understand our table-talk now, sigh...
Absolutely gorgeous shot, Kay! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
