As you know, I've been taking a photo of gas prices once a month for the past few months at the same gas station in Sarasota. My what a difference one month makes!
Since May, the price has has dropped 32 cents. One day it plummeted 18 cents in four hours! This particular gas station never hit $4.00, but came very close at $3.98, which was fortunate for me (and my co-workers) because I had vowed to bicycle to work when it hit the $4/gallon mark. Let's hope this trend continues. Stay tuned!

I just filled my tank this morning. Gas price was $3.59 and I had a 30 cent per gallon discount from my supermarket points, so I only paid 3.29 per gallon for 13 gallons. Only. Ha! We have become reconditioned now to think $3.00 a gallon would be a steal. How sad is that? Sigh.
Yep, I filled up my tank this a.m. here in East Texas for $3.49/gallon. Six months ago we would have said people were crazy to be HAPPY with this price!
I hope that the prices continue to go down!
Funny how we think $3.57 is a bargain! But, I am glad to see prices dropping.
You don't ride your bike to work already, SRQ? I would do that, just for the fun and for the exercise. Regardless of gas prices. But, maybe it doesn't befit the dignity of your work . . .
I think you may be a little less expensive than we are. Nice to see prices drop. What's frustrating is that the price has nothing to do with supply and demand, but rather depends on the manipulations of people betting on which direction the price will go...
... 3.73 this morning at the pump up here. Gotta drop more. I do agree with Jacob here. Good point.
Last week it had dropped to 3.39 here. By the ride home from work it was back to 3.57, it went up 18 cents in a day. Yesterday it was back down to 3.49. Shame we think thats cheap gas.
