Chop House

I love the entrance of the First Street Chop House in downtown Sarasota, with the ivy covered wall, white trimmed windows and old fashioned lighting.  It opened about six months ago and I  haven't eaten there yet, but the menu and ambiance look great.  It's definitely on the list to check out.

Interesting that it's a new restaurant with a lot of old ivy. I wonder what it was before?

I love the vine-covered walls too!
Don't forget to take pics of the food when you do get to trying it out! ;)

It is beautiful. But I take it they mainly serve meat there?

It's lovely!

If the owners put as much focus on their menu as they have on their restaurant front, I bet their food is delicious.

Looks so British, apart from the use of the term "Chop House".
