Beach Combers

Beach combers leaning against a lifeguard tower on Lido Key beach, along the Gulf of Mexico.  No signs of the riders.  Whoever rode them here in this heat probably jumped in the water immediately to try to cool off.

Love the b&w! That looks really pretty. I like the contrast.

Thank you for your well wishes on Norwich Daily Photo's 3rd birthday. Here's to another great year of photos.

Yes, a nice atmosphere in BnW, and I wish I was there! Bordeaux, France will have to do!

I see you're having the same comment problem as I am :( You really do fantastic compositions - this is great and I like the b&w.

Thanks everyone. Yes, the comment problem is a drag. Hopefully, 'they' will fix it soon. James: I'm envious, if you are truly venturing to Bordeaux!

Why did they leave the bikes in haste? what's with the flag? Great photo that piques the curiosity!

It's actually a patriotic looking beach towel. I can only imagine they ditched their bikes and flip flops to jump in the somewhat cool water.
