The judge would probably throw the citation out of court just because the perpetrator is so cute.
That little guy better be careful or the city will remove the trees to stop him from trespassing!Seriously, super cute squirrel!
It has been my experience that squirrels pretty much do whatever they want.
They are cute, but nothing that a few hawks in the area can't take care of. :)
