Theme Day: Photo of the Year

This photo was originally posted August 20, 2010.  I selected it as my photo of the year because it turned out exactly how I envisioned it at the time, which is extremely unusual for me.  Those in the City Daily Photo community around the world are posting their Photo of the Year.  Happy New Year everyone!  I'm looking forward to 2011 being filled with new adventures and great photo opportunities.   Click here to view thumbnails from all participants.

I've narrowed mine down to a few choices... will have to mull on it today before making the final decision. Hard to believe it's been a year!

I know what you mean about photos turning out differently than imagined. It's part of what makes taking pictures so addicting!
