Ferraris on the Circle

St. Armands Circle was the place to be Saturday if you're into sports cars.  Specifically, Ferraris.  "Ferraris on the Circle" was the name of the event and lest there be any confusion....there were a a lot of Ferraris on the circle.  About two dozen members of the Tampa Bay Ferrari Club displayed their vehicles.  Not being a car person, I found it quite entertaining watching people express their car envy.  Someone told me one of them cost $240K.  Wow.

They are beautiful machines and this is a cool choice of perspective. A new meaning for the acronym NIMBY comes to mind; not in my budget yet - well, never.

I guess if people have the money for it, let them have their fun! I could think of other things to spend $240k on though!

I guess I will never own one of those, but I wouldn't mind looking (or even riding in one)!

I would love a spin on a circuit!

To answer your question: there are more and more leaves on the ground now :-) but the trees right outside where I live still have... green ones! So no, the leaves haven't all fallen but I'd say it's now a matter of days!

It would be fun to watch them having their fun but it astounds me that anyone would pay that kind of money on a car...even if it IS a Ferrari. :)

Glad I didn't know about that. My husband would have been there for sure (only he was recovering from getting his wisdom teeth out on Friday). He flipped when I showed him your post. Sounds like it was fun.
